Stöðvarfjörður

The campsite is at the eastern end of the settlement, with toilets, electricity and a discharge for campers. It is located in a beautiful forestry area with barbecue facilities and playground equipment. A tourist information centre is open all year round in Brekkan. Petra's rock museum in Stöðvarfjörður is one of the largest rock museums of its kind and attracts a large number of tourists every year. Brekkan is a shop, restaurant and information centre, and not far from there is the restaurant and guesthouse Hotel Saxa.
